This Privacy Policy explains how ASAI(“ASAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website and our AI receptionist service for service businesses. It is provided for general information only and is not legal advice.

- Website and contact-form data. Information you submit through our website — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and any message or demo request details you choose to share.
- Call-related data.When our service answers a call on behalf of a customer business, we process information about that call, such as the time of the call, the caller’s phone number, and the duration.
- Lead details. The information a caller provides during an intake call — for example, name, callback number, service address, the reason for the call, and urgency.
- Call summaries and transcripts. Where applicable, we generate and store summaries and, in some configurations, transcripts of calls so leads can be captured, reviewed, and routed.
- SMS and email notification data. Information needed to send lead notifications, including recipient contact details and the contents of those notifications.
- Cookies and analytics. When you use our website, we may use cookies and similar technologies, along with analytics tools, to understand site usage and improve the experience.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and services;
- Answer calls, capture lead details, and route notifications on behalf of customer businesses according to their configured workflow;
- Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support;

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers who process information on our behalf so we can deliver the service. These include Vapi(our voice/telephony provider, which powers the AI receptionist’s phone calls), along with our hosting, messaging, and analytics vendors. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods for call data, summaries, and transcripts may be configured with our customer businesses. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We limit access to information to those who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain communications. If your information was provided to us by a customer business, we may direct your request to that business as the party responsible for it.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.
